BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A few useful
questions.
Clear expectations make
a better starting point.
Who can participate?
The incubator focuses on young people interested in AI, creation and entrepreneurship. Age or grade requirements depend on the opportunity. Contact us to discuss a suitable starting point.
Can students from outside The Erindale Academy enquire?
Yes. Families from other schools are welcome to enquire. Participation arrangements and availability should be confirmed with the incubator team before making plans.
Do students need coding experience?
The learning approach includes asking questions, designing, collaborating and creating—not just coding. Any prerequisites depend on the particular activity; ask the team what is expected.
What are the dates, format and fees?
Contact the team for the current arrangements for a specific opportunity, including dates, location or online format, time commitment and any fees. An enquiry is not an application or a confirmed place.
How does mentorship work?
The mentor community spans research, education, entrepreneurship, the arts and civic life. Individual involvement varies. The team can explain the format and availability for a particular activity; listing a mentor does not guarantee one-to-one sessions.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Tell us whether you are enquiring as a student, family, educator or prospective mentor, and briefly describe your interests. Students can enquire with a parent or guardian. Please avoid sending sensitive or private student information.
