I am delighted to offer my support for the launch of the Erindale Youth Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovation Incubator and to congratulate The Erindale Academy on the 150th anniversary of the Historic Taylor-Froebel House.

This initiative is a timely and meaningful step in today’s AI era. By bringing together AI literacy, hands-on learning, and collaboration, it will help young people explore artificial intelligence, develop their creativity, and apply their learning to real-world challenges. It also promises to nurture thoughtful, responsible young innovators who are committed to serving the public good.

The theme “Connecting History, Inspiring the Future” captures the spirit of this occasion well: it honours an educational heritage while opening new possibilities for the next generation. I am confident this initiative will be widely commended and appreciated by the community and beyond.
